Our Training Policies

By combining our experiences with our principles and skills open to development in in-house training, by highlighting our understanding of quality in our field of activity, Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and guest satisfaction elements, each unit manager provides four (4) training sessions per year to his employees in order to make individual development compatible with contemporary needs. In-service trainings are planned once in a while. The subjects of these trainings are determined according to the needs of the department and aimed at continuous development. In addition, our quality standards and the requirements in our establishment policy are met by increasing the gains by providing external training to the personnel according to the need.
